Booking & Cancellation Policy

Arrival and Departure Policy

The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel.

Identity Proof

As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in.

Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity address proof card e.g. Driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as a valid ID or address proof.

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in.



Guarantee Policy

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a valid Credit Card. All major credit cards are accepted.

All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may come as extras. Some of them can be Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.



Reservation Modifications

Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and additional charges or different tariff may apply based on the season as per the hotel policies.



Cancellation Policy

Guests are requested to cancel reservation within the stipulated period mentioned below to avoid any cancellation charges.


6th January – 24th February
16th March – 10th July
1st August – 15th November
• Reservation must be cancelled 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival.
• One night's stay will be levied for cancellations received up to 3 days prior to arrival.
• Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 1 day prior to arrival.
25th February – 15th March
11th July – 31st July
1st December – 15th December
• Reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival.
• One night's stay will be levied for cancellations received up to 8 days prior to arrival.
• Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 3 days prior to arrival.
16th November – 30th November
16th December – 5th January
• Reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival.
• 50% of your stay will be levied for cancellations received up to 8 days prior to arrival.
• Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.

Reservations made on promotional offers with 100% advance deposit required at the time of reservations are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amendable for entire length of stay.

Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.



Refund Policy

Upon receiving the request for cancellation from the guest (as per cancellation/no show policy), the hotel will immediately contact the bank to handle the crediting process.

The refund will be made through the credit card used to purchase. In a normal scenario, the refunded amount shall reflect in the next billing cycle of the credit card. However, it could take around 30 business days for the actual crediting to take place depending on the bank’s practice.



Guarantee and Cancellation policy (for groups of 5 rooms or more)

We will be happy to confirm group reservations against an advance or on receipt of a valid credit card number and card expiry date.



Child Policy

Number of children allowed in each type is different and can be checked at the time of booking the rooms. Two children up to 11 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge. However, a maximum of one child's bed can be placed in a room which will be provided at no additional charge.

If a child is above 12 years of age, an extra bed shall be provided at additional cost.



No smoking

The Government of India has introduced a ‘no smoking’ rule for hotels, restaurants and all public places. This means smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated guest rooms.
